    Refund Eligibility

    You can get a full refund if:

    • You haven't finished the course (meaning you haven't received a certificate).
    • You ask for a refund within 14 days of buying the course.
    • A course is considered "finished" once you've passed the final assessment and received your certificate.

    How to Request a Refund

    If you qualify for a refund, email us at support@foodcompliancehq.com with "Refund Request" as the subject. Please also include:

    • Your full name
    • The email you used to sign up
    • The course name
    • Why do you wish for a refund (optional, but this helps us improve)
    • Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days and will be returned to your original payment method.

    Payment Provider Disputes

    If you're not happy, please contact us directly first. We're here to help and resolve issues quickly. Disputing through your bank or payment provider can slow things down and isn't needed if the course hasn't been completed.

    Non-Refundable Situations 

    No refunds will be given if:

    • You've completed the course and received a certificate.
